How to Complete Your Swap Now 🔁 If you still need to swap your $BBANK tokens to $FI, here’s how you can proceed: 1️⃣ Deposit to CeFi App: Deposit your $BBANK tokens to the CeFi side of the blockbank app. Ensure you're using the correct wallet address. 2️⃣ Submit a Support Ticket: Once your tokens are deposited, submit a support ticket through the app. Provide details of your swap request. 3️⃣ Eligibility and Proof: Only tokens purchased before December 18th are eligible for the swap. You will need to provide proof of purchase from your transaction history. For users who purchased tokens on exchanges, please provide screenshot and video proof of your transactions. Submitted a Ticket? If you meet the criteria, you will be eligible for the 1:10 swap as long as it's submitted by Jan 18th.
